Queensgate Developments Inc. has applied to amend the Zoning By law to allow the redevelopment of the existing properties at 64-70 Shuter Street for the purpose of constructing a new mixed-use residential building with retail on the ground floor. 227 dwelling units are proposed in a 29 storey building (including a 3-storey podium). 84 parking spaces for residents are proposed to be provided in a below grade parking garage. The easterly heritage facades are to be reconstructed.
