20100722:  This application proposes to redevelop the existing commercial surface parking lot at 203 Jarvis Street with a 20-storey hotel containing 261 guest rooms with a proposed building height of 61 metres (66 metres including mechanical penthouse) and a gross floor area of 14,702 square metres. The applicant proposes 69 vehicular parking spaces within three levels of underground parking accessed via a car elevator. The hotel would include limited grade-related retail such as a coffee shop or convenience store for public use with a total area of approximately 104 square metres.

Revised 20160816: Proposed 35 storey mixed-use tower with 242 hotel suites and 227 residential units with a total gross floor area of 24,502 m2.  The proposed building would have a height of 112.72 metres including the mechanical penthouse. The proposal also includes five levels of underground parking which would be used for vehicles and bicycles.

Revised 20180312:  The Ontario Municipal Board (now the “LPAT”) approved a settlement between the applicant and the City to permit a 32 storey building with a hotel on the lower floors and dwelling units on the upper floors.

Revised 20190610:  The project is proposed to contain 241 hotel units and 222 dwelling units with a total gross floor area of 23,227 m2.  The proposed building would have a height of 112.72 metres including the mechanical penthouse.  The proposal also includes five levels of underground parking which would be used for vehicles (87 - 58 residential, 29 other) and bicycles.
